Stress is a simple reaction in the body when any abnormal changes occurred-it will be physically, mentally and emotionally.

Before starting to write on STRESS I want to introduce about this term with everyone.


I think everyone will be familiar with the "STRESS" word in our daily life.
Stress depends on various emotional feelings. It comes from a different situation.
      

Stress is varying degree like as it will be small doses of stress or big doses stress.
Generally, We thought stress is not well for our health. But this is wrong. 

Small doses of stress are increased our energy and alertness even it helps us to 
focus on the problem at hand.

Stress teaches us how to fight for problems and it also gives us new lessons and opens a new way. 
Small doses of stress are needed for every people to strengthen his/her mind and health.

So little stress is beneficial but too much stress may down and make you sick mentally and physically.

Stress is the body's reaction to any abnormal changes or harmful situation and these changes give physical, mental and emotional responses.

When you feel threatened then a chemical reaction happens in the body that reaction prevents your injury.
That chemical reaction is known as "Fight-or-Fight" or Stress Response.

During stress responses your heart rate increased, muscle hardened, breathing quickened and blood pressure increased.

If you are thinking you have no stress in your life, It is wrong. Every person's life is full of stress. 
Here stress is a different kind to the different kind of people. It is not the same for everyone.

Example- You can not sleep in well- that is the type of stress

Now you are thinking stress is not good for our health, so it is wrong. Our body is designed to handle a small type of stress. We are not equipped to handle long term stress, it can be reduced strength of our body. 

Stress can be External (example: job trouble, relationship problem etc) and Internal (example: weak health and sick mind).

So we have to find the way how to overcome stress. I think you can stressless yourself go through meditation and also share your problems with your friends and parents.
So don't worry it is part of our life.



TYPES OF STRESS



Acute Stress: This type of stress is a short period of time and goes away quickly. 

It happens when you do something new or exciting. Everyone has acute stress in one time or another.


Chronic Stress: This type of stress is a long period of time. Examples: money problems, job problems and unhappy marriage. 


So we have to find a way to manage stress If you can"t it may lead to your health problems.

Stress symptoms can affect your thought, your body and your mood.

There are some physical symptoms of stress




  1. Anxiousness
  2. Nervousness
  3. Racing heart
  4. Sexual difficulties
  5. Tiredness
  6. Weight loss or gain
  7. Ringing in the ear, cold hands and feet
  8. Dry mouth and swallowing difficulties
  9. Increase or loss of appetite



There are some Emotional symptoms of stress




  1. Frustrated
  2. Moody
  3. Feeling lonely
  4. Low self-esteem




CAUSES OF STRESS



There are many causes of stress. Stress causes will be different for a different person from different situations.

Causes of Work Stress




  1. Unhappy with your job
  2. Heavy worked load
  3. Work long hours
  4. Bad management
  5. Unclear expectations of increment




Causes of Personal life stress




  1. Money problems
  2. Loss of job
  3. Divorce
  4. Death of loved one



HOW TO RELIEVE STRESS

There is some simple way to relieve stress. You can go through these ways-

  3. Laugh
  4. Spend more time with your friends or family
  5. Yoga

  7. Spend time with your pet

  10. Write anything that did the whole day
  11. Read storybook
