Kalpabhati Asan: 


Kapalbhati(कपालभाति ) Pranayam is a effective yoga practice. It can be refreshed our mind. 'Kapalbhati' is a Sanskrit word where 'Kapal' means 'skull' and 'Bhati' means 'shining'.

Through the daily practices of Kapalbhati you will shine forehead and bright intellect. This type of yoga is oxyginated our mind.
When a tough day makes you frustrated and tiredness, then you can be relaxed by practising kalpabhati yoga.

Types of Kalpabhati:

There are three types of Kalpabhati Pranayam:-

Vatakrama Kapalvati: 

                                      This asan technique- take a breath through in the left nose and breath out by a right nose. This is same as Bhastrika.


Vyutkrama Kapalabhati: 

                                          It is the same as jala neti. This asan technique- sniffing water through the nostrils and letting it flow down into the mouth and then spitting it out.

Sheetkrama Kapalabhati: 

                                           This asan techniques- water is taken through the right nose and expelled out through the left nose.



Kapalbhati Pranayam Procedure: 

Steps of Kalpabhati Pranayam are the following:-

Firstly you have to sit on the Padmasana and then close your eyes and make your backbone straight.
Now you have to take a deep breath through your both nostrils until your lungs are full of air.
Now exhale your breath through your both nostrils forcefully.
Repeat this process for 5min.

Who Suffering from heart disease, High blood pressure, Hernia, cardiac problems, asthma.
If you feel pain or dizziness, then it is best to stop the practice until the sensation has passed. Then you can restart practice with less force.
Quick exhalation should be comfortable to yourself(quick exhalation should not be too forceful).
Pregnant Women shouldn’t practice Kapalbhati during pregnancy.

Ans: You can do practised kapalbhati in the early morning with an empty stomach before breakfast. Never do it after eating food.

Ans. Generally, you should do practice Kapalbhati one time in a day, but if you want to cure your disease through Kapalbhati, you can do this pranayama 2 or 3 times in a day with an empty stomach (But for this you have to take advice from yoga expert).
