Pranayam makes your mind opened-pointed so that you can feel more peaceful. Pranayam should be practised in a calm, neat and clean room with arrangements of fresh oxygen.

Everyone can be benefited from Pranayama. Nowadays doctors also recommended pranayama. If you practice pranayama daily you can be saved your body from many diseases (like as cancer, depression, anxiety, migraine, blood pressure etc).Benefits:

There are many precautions that you have to abide by
- Breathing should be done by nose only, take a long deep breath and breath out slowly slowly
- Practice it on an empty stomach
- Best time for practice in early morning
- Pranayam must be practised in an easy way and any part of the body should not feel uneasiness
- During Pranayam, if you feel tired, you must stop at once and after some time you can start.
- Patients of heart disease, high blood pressure, typhoid and pregnant women should be consulted with yoga teacher
- Don't wear tight clothes when you practice pranayama, wear loose clothes
- Don't do practice yoga when you suffering from fever, as it has a cooling effect on the body
