1. Find Your Stressors:
At first, you have to find stressors. But how do you find your stressors?
Take a one or two week and observe every day in a week and identify which situations create the most stress and how to you replied to this.
Here is one work for you. You have to note of this what you observe in a whole a week, then you do evaluate of this points.
There was another way of searching stressors. Many times we can not understand what creates trouble. For this, you can take the help of your trusted person who seeing the problems that
you have missed and evaluate it.
2. Take Care Of Your Health:
Yes, friends, you have to take care of your health. If you have no good health, stressors may attack.

don't share your personal opinions about religion and politics and also don't share your personal problem with your colleagues. It may create conflicts.
So try to avoid such that person those do behave with others. Anyway find the conflicts and learn how to handle this. So, stay away from conflict as much as possible.
4. Listen To Music:
It is one of the best ways to get rid of stress at the workplace.
You can listen to music after office work and try to sing-song.
5. Require Enough Sleep:
Yes, friends, enough sleep keep a big amount of contribution to stress less mind. If you do not sleep properly, you have no ability to cope with normal stress and reversely it affects your mood and outlook.

- Everybody needs sleep minimum for 7-8 hours.
- Don't think anytime, You will do all sleep on weekends, it is a bad habit.

The workout is so benefited to remove stress at workplace. At first, you have to make your workout schedule

7. Drink Your Water:
This is one of the best solutions of the bunch. You have to make sure, you are drinking water every day properly. When you are dehydrated, your brain is not working well.
8. You Should Take a Deep Breath:
When you want to come out of a tense, need to clear your head. Take a deep breath in a few minutes and remove breath. It will restore the balance of your mind.
Actually what happens. Many times we don't take a breath well under any pressure. Then there is a present a low amount of oxygen.
9. Break Bad Habits:
Yes, you have to break bad habits, It creates stress more at the workplace. You have to remove your negative thinking mind. Try to understand every situation.
Any person, in front of you, If he/she wants to tell you anything, at first you listen quietly his/her words until he/she ends. Then you will give your opinion or reply.
10. SetUp Your Time Schedule:
Yes, you have to make a time table on a whole day what you will do. Suppose you take-
- Your working time- 8am-7pm
- Your sleeping hour- 11pm-6pam
- Time spend with home members- rest time of the day
That such a way you have to make a time table that gives you benefit and you can balance all the work of the day.
